I can try and find the thread, but it was the "official" predict your 2014 record thread and the overwhelming majority of our posters (and I don't toss that term around lightly) chose us to finish the season at 8-4 or 9-3. The West is a bloodbath. I think we finished with the most accurate predictions as a fanbase. No bullshite.

State lost a bunch and OM will be good but LSU and bama have more talent. Especially in the trenches. OM is a 9 win team next year IMO
I try to stay level headed when it comes to LSU but I really have a good feeling about next year. Feels kinda like Auburn of 2013 when no one gave em a shot even though their roster was loaded and just waiting to blow up

Well I do think both are far from the top. I think Bama, LSU and AU all have better chances at winning the west over OM

I'm not disagreeing with you. If Chad Swag AK-47 Kelly is very good, we could win 11+ and have a decent shot at Atlanta since Bama is replacing everyone.

This is the first time since 2011 we haven't sent at least 5 players to the draft
We return a whole lot, including a RB who will be in the Hesiman talk if he eyes enough carries. Three 5* receivers on the field and the best OL I've seen since 2007 IMO

Nope, Ole Miss fans were saying last year that this season would be a big step, but 2015 was the year we could make a run. Seems like we were spot on last year, while LSU was pretty far off. Also seems like Ole Miss is the more level-headed.
