"up to" doesn't mean shite.
Misleadingly large number meant to capitalize on peoples greed.

Yeah, it's really just a breach of contract issue/deceptive practices.
As someone who follows Arkansas recruiting year round, I had never even heard of the plaintiff's son prior to last night. I'm at least VAGUELY familiar with most Arkansas high school kids that will be going to play football somewhere because Otis Kirk, the rivals writer, constantly lays down gentle jabs at Petrino for not offering these marginal AR high school kids.

Does the company have permission to use the NCAA and NAIA logo on his company's documents? Use it as an avatar on a message board is one thing; use it for business purposes is another animal.
Very, very doubtful that WW has permission. I'm sure now that the ball is rolling with the lawsuit we'll find out lot's of illegal things this dirt bag has done.

Who is Walt Williams?
He's a "promoter" and "handler" who's in bed with Gus and Auburn and owns a company called Pinnacle Preps. Williams played for Gus at Shiloh HS years ago. There has been some talk about whether PP provided Dyer with free PP services or not and whether everything was on the up-and-up. Dyer certainly didn't need PP's promoting so one would have to wonder why he would pay for a service like this.
I personally don’t have a problem with his relationship with Dyer and his pushing Dyer to Auburn, but it’s his admitted constant badmouthing of Petrino to Arkansas recruits that have Hog Fans up in arms about Williams and PP. Williams knows he has shite his own nest in the state and he recently issued some lame apology to Petrino and the Arkansas staff over things he and his brother said and posted about them to try to smooth things over.
Too late! PP can push their “clients” all they want but don’t slander our coaching staff while doing it. Williams has a man-crush on Malzahn and Petrino doesn’t give him the time of day and that's the crux of the matter.

will anything come out over this?
I believe it will and the story is gathering steam.

Let me go on record right now in saying that I hope this doesn't affect Dyer's eligibility. I just want to see PP shut down because of the underhanded way they conduct business. I think this could very well happen.

I've said from the beginning, my concern over WW is that he is a walking, talking NCAA violation and I want him nowhere near the Arkansas Razorbacks.

I believe you are right and I'm sure the Hog coaches think that as well.

For some reason I dont feel like Bryce Brown is in the clear from his advisor being investigated by the NCAA last year...

I think it was supposed to imply the value of a scholarship. I mean, you can't really argue that a scholarship to an out of state school--or to a private university--could be worth up to $200k. The way the complaint is worded, however, it seems as if the PL is alleging that Williams was promising them money outside of any scholarship they may receive.
I was mostly nitpicking at the attorney's phrasing. There were more than a few grammatical errors in the complaint, which drives me nuts in legal documents.
