I like Brian Kelly being upfront with players and letting them find new homes. He need to find talented players who will fit into their system.
He just needs to be careful about how he handles things and build relationships with Louisiana coaches, keep up the fence that O built in certain locales.

Then what is it genius? This is all Kelly, and his alignment process. He’s changing the culture from the ground up. Nobody is guaranteed their job, it’s earned. If they don’t wanna compete there’s the door.
