He's eligible right away. Listed by Rivals as the strongest leg of any Kicker/Punter in the class. We now have the Top K/P class in the nation, to go with our top WR class.

Then hired FSU's special teams coach to lure the punter back to USC. It resulted in the punter going to UT. gotta love it.

Really Solid Defense and a stud Kicker and Punter. 6-7 wins is seeming more doable by the day.
