Are the two 5 star freshman 1 and done guys?

I see their names on mocks even though it’s a bit early for that. I know they are role players for this team with veteran presence.

How good are these guys this year?

Springer is the better college player (probably best player on the team) but doesn’t have the explosiveness that makes him a sure fire one and done. He is shooting a high percentage from 3 but has a very robotic shot that could use some work. Also needs to learn how to play off one foot.

He is the youngest player in the class though. I think if he produces down the stretch at a high level he is probably going to be a late first rounder. Not sure how high the ceiling is. Very advanced and polished and strong already. Probably 75/25 leave/stay

Keon is probably the best athlete in the draft class (more functional athleticism even than Pons) and missed his entire senior season so he is coming along more slowly.

He is the best perimeter defender I’ve ever seen at Tennessee and is starting to figure it out offensively. Extremely hard worker and offensive game is coming along.

I’ve seen him mocked late in the lottery even with a sub 100 oRTG. If he picks it up late in the year he could probably find himself in the top 5. A lot of Okoro comps.

If he struggles offensively down the stretch he probably falls to late in the first round and may come back.

He is someone who if he comes back could probably be a top 3 pick next year if he polishes things up offensively.
