I don't think any conference without a championship game should be allowed in the title game. It is unfair to the SEC, Big 12, even the freaking ACC and Conference USA have a championship game.
Otherwise it is the same old sad story. Non-CG conferences usually manage to worm their way into the title game, lose magnificently, then whine they haven't played a game in over a month. See USC v Texas, OS vs LSU, OS vs Florida, etc.
