Who has Indiana played ? OSU lost their one tough game. Oregon lost to Ok St. Your conference sucks. Indiana will get in by default. Oregon will as well. OSU has MAYBE one more challenge. B1G is a cupcake conference.

You're forgetting Bama and Florida. Then there is the next tier not far behind.
The SEC has better qb's. Much tougher to defend than what's in the B1G. Right now Taylor and Russell are better than any B1G qb including Moore and Maiava. Sayin isn't in the conversation. Chambliss is better than all of them.
Bottom line the B1G is overrated because they play no one. Much like Notre Dame.

How can a weak conference dominate the playoffs? 
The SEC is all flash and offense. The official will throw a flag if the defender even looks at a receiver.

Because you schedule is so easy the B1G teams aren't beat up. Weak conference with mediocre qb's.
