According to what governing body?
I teach night classes at the school, I didn't earn any of my degrees from FAMU.

When two institutions tie for a championship and no championship play-off is held, these institutions shall be declared co-champions; and

(b) A member institution’s team or teams, prohibited by the Southeastern Conference or the NCAA from participating in postseason competition in a given sport, shall not be eligible for a Conference championship and participation in a Conference season-ending event (e.g., game, tournament, meet) in that sport for the duration of this prohibition.
