Yes, I'll meet any of yall on the board. Like I said I think we're gonna have a UGA tailgate but I want to wander around campus and meet yall missouri folks too. And I will be happy to shotgun a beer with you.

You'll have a good time in Columbia. You'll probably like Mizzou.

Killz I'm honestly kind of scared to meet you, having said that I'd love to shotgun a beer with you on game day.

You ever been? If not, then you need to cut out going to the bar or whatever else you spend money on, and for a month or two only eat ramen noodles and/or rice to save money. Every UGA fan ever owes it to them self to go at least once. Hell, I think anyone who is a fan of college football should go at least once.
It is, truly, one of the most unique and unparalleled experience in college football.

I'm not too scary. I like to shoot the shite and shotgun beers. I'm so excited for this game, I feel this dramatic right now...

I posted a thread a few months ago with stuff I need to do (in St Louis and como) that got great responses. In about a month I'll post an "official" thread so yall can rehash the major points. I'm getting to STL at about 10:30 Friday so I'll basically have all day. Honestly, I'll probably just drive straight on over since the cards don't play til night. What's the drive, like 2 hours right?
Posted on 7/18/12 at 8:40 pm to WG_Dawg
2 hours is about right. Very easy drive...I-70 all the way.

I was hoping it'd be less than that. Got a pretty early flight on Sunday

btw I'm staying at the Travelodge on Vandiver Drive, just off of I70. Is that an ok area? How far from campus am I?
Posted on 7/18/12 at 8:58 pm to WG_Dawg
If it's off of I-70 then you're fine. It's not too far from campus.

I'll have to admit that was pretty badass! I don't understand why they had one of them fly in with an AU flag though?

Posted on 7/18/12 at 9:10 pm to FightTigers
It was just a pregame thing they did for the UGA/AU game in 2005. It's definitely not a regular occurance. They had both teams and a USA flag just to be non-partisan. I think you'll be beyond impressed in 2013 when you visit athens.
Colorado, Oklahoma State, and Arizona State fans were all absolutely blown the frick away with their trips to athens. It's not called the best college town in America for nothing.

Okay...that's a bit better than mine.
I've skydived. It's an insanely awesome experience. I can't imagine going at night and landing on the football field.

I've visited a few good college towns in my day (ASU, Ole Miss, Texa$) and to be honest I've been waiting to make a trip down to UGA for a long time now. Just really haven't had a reason, but I always have heard it's the best time ever from pretty much anyone who goes. That's including my Arky friends who have gone down there and watched their teams get beat. Either way I'll be down there next year for sure, raging hard.
