I hope you have a blast! Let’s Go Dawgs! I’ve spent too much money the last few years with all the success that Kirby has brought. I’m taking a break from spending a shitload of money on the games.

Stay the hell out of that liberal cesspool. Watch the damn game at your house or with friends at their house.

Taco Mac and 3 Dollar Cafe are solid choices around Atlanta. I am told there is a 3 Dollar Cafe in Smyrna somewhere around the battery with a cigar lounge. The only one I know of in the area is the one on Windy Hill Road that has been there forever. I can't imagine them allowing cigar smoking at that one but someone told me recently that they did. Burn at the Battery will certainly allow it....that'd also be a good place to watch the game most likely.

Taco Mac has gone to shite since the new ownership group took over.Food and service has gone way downhill.

Battery should be hopping and Doc's is also a good option up that way...divey with good pub grub and gets a good UGA crowd.Elbow Room is another good bet if headed to Buckhead.

Someone suggested Twin Peaks in Buckhead. Looks good online. Anyone ever been there?

It's a chain restaurant like Hooters with scantily clad women as servers. I haven't been to the buckhead location but I've been to others. If you are looking for a hooters type of scene with loud rap music and sleezy company, go for it. They have lots of TV's.

If you want a more relaxed scene, with sports on TV's everywhere, and really good food (by bar standards) really close to downtown, I'll double down on Manuel's Tavern.

prefer to a close to the city as possible

About a mile down N Highland from Manuel’s there’s a bar called George’s. Been around since sometime in the early 60’s, solid, above average bar food. Not a sports bar per se, but a hidden gem. Owner is a huge UGA fan and the game will definitely be on.
