Tennessee only returned 3 starters on offense this season and right now their fans are nervous and concerned about injuries at D line and cornerback.
Unless you think Joey Aguilar is some breakout quarterback and Gunner Stocton is completely useless, why would this "finally be the year."

Based on what we know today, that is certainly a possibility.
That's why this game is so hard to predict.
I'd probably lean toward the team that has the talent advantage as a tiebreaker, won't be surprised either way
