If you look at the Florida program over the last 60+ years you will see Spurrier had success followed by Urban, Urban left the program in the tank when he bailed.
Outside of those two coaches all the other coaches had limited success there. Going back to Woodruff, Graves, Dickey and the parade of coaches since Dickey.
I can't begin to name them all and certainly not in order.

For such an elite program at UGA. Why do you have 4 fewer SECCG appearances?
As well as 4 fewer SECG wins, than Florida does?
And only one more National championships than Georgia Tech ?
