Say goodbye to second amendment

I'm not sure a missouri fan really has much room to talk, about much of anything...to hardly anybody.

Their players were riding around town shooting at other cars with BB guns. They shot at least once at a car that was occupied, but did damage to three cars.
Cobb is charged with malicious injury to private property and third degree assault and battery, and Gregory is charged with one count of malicious injury to real property, and three counts of malicious injury to personal property.

In fairness, nobody was hit or injured.
My "slight difference" remark was sarcasm, by the way.

LOL 2 years since the last felony - is that something to be proud of? Congrats on the moral(?) victory(?)
Wow. You really want to go there, bud?

y'all had the past month to talk about this, and now just want to deflect from your felonious players.

yeah, but unlike another fanbase we don't really GAS if other team's players get in trouble.

There's another difference (beside it just not being solo cups) ours was a misdemeanor, y'all's was a felony.
That is more due to law interpretation. Betcha the charges are either dropped (as already being reported) or at least reduced greatly to a misdemeanor. So, it is your contention that shooting at people is less serious than shooting at paper cups?

Stupid felony count placed on the young men, but they have to be a tad smarter...

That's because we don't go around attacking and trolling your fan base like you do ours. Simple to understand, really.
Deflect? nope. I freely admit we had two players get into trouble for shooting at paper cups.
Satisfied?

Nah, it's actually about the police reports.

RRESTING AGENCY GRADE OF CHARGE CHARGE DESCRIPTION DISPOSITION
SO FELONY CRIMINAL DAMAGE 2DEG $5000 G.S BOND
SO FELONY WEAPON SCHOOL ZONE NO BOND

the whole "in a school zone" thing is so misleading. If a random joe was reading a headline they'd think they were shooting off guns driving by an elementary school at dropoff time.

This is true. Rochester is a known jokester/prankster....he just wasn't thinking, I am guessing. Hopefully the charges will be dropped or reduced and they will learn a big lesson.

They were arrested for $5000 in damages.....
How many Solo Cups equate to $5000?
Are there different levels of Solo Cups...do some come in gold?
Posted on 4/12/16 at 9:18 am to CockInYourEar
Ban bet the charges are either dropped or reduced and they will not be a felony?
No? I didn't think so.

No. They don't. They are freshmen in college. Everybody makes stupid decisions in college, and most cops are smart and experienced enough to tell kids to knock that shite off rather than arrest them. I could have been arrested for dumb (but harmless) shite many times in college, but I wasn't.
I wouldn't have thought twice about target practice with pellet guns my freshman year. Hell, it sounds like something I might do today.

What is an eye worth? I mean your guys were actually shooting at people, right? And yet you come on here wanting to make our guys look like thugs? Come on, man....the only person on this board trying to make this a serious incident is you.
Is anybody surprised?

Huh...my education tells me that the BOND was $5000
My further research, before splattering bullshite all over the internet, says that it could be recklessly or intentionally, causing damage to someone else’s property

I know he is. He's a troll from way back. I just like giving it back to him every once in awhile.
