Nope but it’s a good indicator the saint you’re defending was dealing or running with dealers. Also I’m pretty sure it’s illegal to carry a concealed weapon without a permit in Florida. I’m also pretty sure it’s illegal to run from the cops at 140 mph. Based on the cop’s question about the medical marijuana card I assume it’s illegal to have a pound of weed without that. Stop acting like he was arrested simply for having a pistol.

Just a PSA: while in Alabama you no longer need a permit to carry, you need one if you go over some state lines. Like Florida in this case.

I hate Alabama as much as the next guy, but weed should be 100% legal to grow and consume.
