6’ 190 pounds and an athlete at a high level for a long time. This ain’t church league softball. You couldn’t do it against college pitching in your prime and be honest that was more than a decade ago. Don’t let those frank thomas commercials fool you, you don’t have it.
Maybe you could look into a wiffleball league or something.
