Or, cut back to 4 again...6 at the most and put everything in a computer and let the computer pick...the old BCS method, for instance. Seriously....does anybody really and honestly believe there are 16 teams that could legitimately win the title? 12? 8, even? At most 4 or 5 could win it in any given year, and in most years 3 or 4.
