5 teams in the SEC avg over 33 pts per game. I'm all for being a SEC homer but the days of "This is the SEC, Defenses here are real" are long gone.

Joe Burrow threw the ball all over the yard (2nd in CFB for attempts, sandwiched between an Air Raid QB and a Run&Shoot QB) for a Heisman last year. So we can also stop all of the "gotta have balance" talk as well. Burrow broke Tim Couch's record that stood for 22 years. Another AR record in the SEC.
UGA and Bama, 2 teams prided on their defenses, shredded by Ole Miss and UF. You wont see a 9-6 game between 2 SEC heavyweights again imo.
