I think he means he shouldn't have tried the NFL.
Right, but that would by definition mean that he "shouldn't have left LSU." Which he's said before. But I understand what you are saying. It may not be ONLY because it was LSU, but that he hated the NFL. Who knows for sure, probably a little of both.

Didn't know who the hell he was when we hired.

How true...he was called "Lou $aban" several times before people figured out who he was.

LSU did as much for Saban as he did for our team...

Well, everyone "hears" stuff all the time. Maybe the guy has just put a muzzle on Sexton, but it seemed like every year in Baton Rouge Saban was "rumored" to take this or that job.

I hear very little about that now. I think he 'liked' LSU,but I have never bought into the stuff some others say about 'the big mistake',etc. I have no reason to not think he enjoys Tuscaloosa and Alabama.

Well done, Tuck.

I had just highlighted Mr. Molestache's last 10 articles to show his interest in Alabama, but you beat me to it.

I am completely fine with Les. I never wanted Saban to leave when he did, but oh well.

I'm as tired of this shite as you guys are.

Many Bama fans have a huge inferiority complex and it comes out in ways such as this. If they don't constantly get positive affirmations from others, they don't realize they are okay (and maybe they aren't).

maybe over time you will learn to read who the reply was to. I didn't bother to read more than the first post so my post was directed towards the newb that started this shitty thread

^ This. And since hindsight is 20/20, I'm very happy with how things worked out.

We now have a coach we can love on and off the field.

My dad is going. He'll be rooting for Briarwood. Both my little brothers went there and my lil sister still goes there.

Did you see the mistake in the paper when it referred to the Vestavia WIN last year? Briarwood won that 15-14.
