No I'm positive it was Mauck. I remember leading into the 04 Sugar Bowl against Oklahoma for the title that it was presumed he would leave early with a victory for Dental school(he had already been accepted). Ended up we won, and he left early for the draft, and the Broncos drafted him in the 7th round I think
