Of course he's not and never has planned too. He, as I have stated over and over to the Georgia fans here is a 4 year college player. There is no 3 and out with Fromm so Fields is gone. Fromm oughta try to go to UF, Mullen would make a super star out of him.

It's the right decision. Could he have evolved into a better QB than Fromm? Maybe. Will he make that leap in the next 2 years? Almost certainly not.

The fact that you expect anyone to believe this is cute. Fromm isn't stupid enough to make any definitive states about his draft status, especially if he doesn't know where he'll be drafted. If he's drafted within the first 10-15 picks, he would be an idiot to stay.
