Are you talking 18-20 year old college kids? If so, then you must have NEVER been to Las Vegas. Weed is completely legal here and you can easily get it here even if you’re not 21. Alcohol? That’s a joke. HS freshman can get alcohol in this town! As for places for them to hang out, they can pretty much walk into any sports book in Vegas. No one is gate keeping and checking ID’s. They can most probably even make bets at the window. They rarely id for that. If ANYONE is over 21 they can sign up for one of the casinos’ mobile sports books and bet on there. Vegas was built to accommodate anything for every one no matter the age group.
