I haven't seen anyone with some credibility say it's happening, most of the actual CFB reporters (the ones whose entire job revolves around this stuff) are saying other coaches.

Jody on some podcast that 100 people listen to doesn't really count either ? They're paid by the amount of views and clicks they get, "reporting" something like 'Riley to LSU confirmed' is basically free money

ETA - I think most of us will concede that it could happen, but there's nothing solid out there to start making these "done deal!" claims. Right now it just looks like LSU fans are setting themselves up for a huge disappointment and embarrassment
