Are these low point totals in OOC games because the SEC offenses are so good?

Georgia Tech (ACC) scored 45 on Georgia (SEC)
Clemson (ACC) scored 31 on So Carolina (SEC)
Texas (Big 12) scored 52 on Arkansas (SEC)
West Virginia (Big East) scored 34 on Auburn (SEC)
UCLA (Pac10) scored 27 on Tennessee (SEC) (side note UCLA scored 0 on BYU (MWC)
Wake Forest (ACC) scored 30 on Ole Miss (SEC)
Troy (sun Belt) scored 31 on LSU (SEC), for comparison they scored 10 on Ohio State (Big 10)

are these examples of how great SEC defenses are?
