I've been called an Arkansas fan and now a Florida fan. I guess I can't argue for factual things without getting branded.

I will tell you this, if LSU had a experienced good QB like Jake Locker or Colt McCoy with all the weapons we have, then you would really see how good Fla. D is.

LSU would have scored more than three, but Florida's defense still would have contained them.

If it were factual then I wouldn't be trying to get you to see that those pics were forced throws by Bradford, and that is a fact, but you wanna tell me Fla D caused him to force balls in there. yeah, ok.

Fla. D is good ok, I just don't agree with you on them being unstoppable, that is all.

No defense is impenetrable, I just see them as the best in the country.

Not only did they force the bad pass, but the receiver still almost caught it and the secondary played wonderful coverage to come up with that pick. It wasn't some awful throw directly to the defender as you had originally implied.

were you watching the first half, don't go there, they turned it up on Jefferson in the second half because they knew he was inexpereinced, but they moved the ball on them in the first half pretty good, just that Jefferson made some terrible throws on third down that killed the drives.

It was a throw into tight coverage, geez, how many times do I need to say that, it shouldn't have been thrown period. It was a case of bradford trying to make something happen, Fla. D had nothing to do with that, I've had enough, we just don't agree, have a good day.

LSU had one drive the entire game. Look at the drive chart if you don't believe me:

There is no possible way to rationalize that as "moving the ball pretty well"

go back and watch the first half, Jefferson killed the drives by throwing bad passes. I don't what you are talking about.

Bradford, with his ability, could have completed that throw. QB Pressure caused the throw to be a little off, and the good coverage intercepted it.

In all honesty, I feel trying to discredit the Florida defense on that play is borderline ludicrous.

and you have terrible comprehension skills, I've said a few times on here already if you can remember that Florida has a good defense, but if you don't think Bradford wasn't trying to squeeze that pass in there to make something happen for them, you're frickin crazy. That pic had nothing to do with Florida's defense, just a QB throwin a pass he shouldn't have, man you are on Florida's nuts bad.

Jefferson overthrew receivers by a mile, and tall receivers I might add, his accuracy at this stage leaves a lot to be desired. missing wide open receivers has nothing to do with good defense.

and as for as Bradford, you should never try to force something, if the throw isn't there, and your man is covered, don't fricking throw it or else it's going to get picked , like it did.

and for the last frickin time, Florida has a good defense, but a lot of you guys really blow them up to be better than they really are.

Well, they returned nearly every single player from the 2 deep of the defense that shut down OU's record setting offense in the title game last year. I'm sure they'll be fine.

For the record, I think UF's defense is legit. However, I don't think the OU game is what proves it. That entire, no-defense-playing league of pansies out there gets shut down any time they do run into a college level defense.

I do think the Arky game could be somewhat close. If they key on the run like they did against Bama, I don't think UF can pass the ball AS well as they did last year.

I kind of agree with you here, but the basic point is that they returned their entire 2 deep from their defense last year. The defense that was ranked 4th in scoring and 9th in total D, and usually college players progress from year to year. Claims that they're unproven don't make any sense when it's the exact same defense that was really, really good last year.

did you really watch that game? the QB what's his name for Okie moved the ball all over them in the second half, it's just that when they got in the redzone they made crazy turnovers that bailed Fla. out. If they score on those drives, Oklahoma wins that NC last year, but they were there own worst enemy.

I'm not putting Fla. defense down, they play sound ball, but they are not as good as some of you are making them out to be.

You obviously didn't. Both those red zone turnovers were in the first half; the first one was on downs. Apparently, defenses don't get credit for goal line stands any more. And no, there was not an Oklahoma fumble in the red zone (they didn't lose one all game).

oh, I did, and I saw an OU team that selfdestructed, it had nothing to do with y'alls defense, so don't sound so damn cocky. you guys are winning now, but if y'all run into a team that can score, y'all asses will get blown off the map.
