Smart is a great recruiter... if we end up hurting, that's the area in which it will be.
As for the potentially lost coaches from our staff... It's really quite simple. Alabama will just go find some talented coaches to replace them and move on. If I am not mistaken, since 2007 we have AVERAGED about 3 coaching slot turnovers every year. Replacing Smart will be business as usual. We've done OK replacing several assistants who have gone on to be head coaches elsewhere.

Not a chance...not as long as the REC clubs in the state keep pinging along. Bama will always have depth stacked to the rafters. All part of the "process"
