I have many memories swimming on Turtle Creek off Wilson Lake. Unfortunately, my grandparents sold their lakehouse in Killen, so I don't get the privilege of using all their boats anymore.

Ohhhhh! I got iced in at a Killen Lake house after a winter party weekend. I have never been so cold in my whole life.

My dad's family is from the other side of the state, in the Delta. Something about Florence reminds me a little bit of where he grew up.

It's true, they are so sweet.

And by sweet I mean evil.

And by so...I mean hug.

I swear, last time I was in Florence, I counted 60 bama fans in Logan's Roadhouse one night while we were eating. Even the waiters/waitresses had on their bama apparel.

I realize i'm asupposed to go to sleep but my friend just called me and he got in another fight. I don't know what it is about the houndstooth that makes people want to fight. Ever since he called me i haven't been able to go back to sleep. Should i stay here or go watch the SECCG on DVR and go to sleep?

Yep it is mostly gumps. Every now and then you see Auburn fans and Tennessee fans. Then sometimes you might see someone that's a State or Ole Miss fan but mostly likely they are from MS.

Florala doesn't have McDonald's or Wal-Mart. You have to drive 16 miles to Andalusia.
