Okay - the point is - if you come here and complain about the speculation - that is exactly what this board is about - speculating (and, in some rare instances actual hard news
) about coaching changes. We didn't make this stuff up - this is in play. Sexton is talking with people from UT - you'll notice the Texas guy didn't say, "I haven't spoken with Saban's agent, or anybody on his behalf" - just the standard, "I don't know Nick Saban - he hasn't been hired - we have a football coach."
We're just speculating and will until Texas announces a new coach (or lets mid-January come and go without firing Mack Brown). Obviously you don't have to like that. Obviously you don't have to read these threads or even this board.
But if you do - and then complain about it, expect to get called out on it - and justifiably so.

That's called a spinoff thread, they're usually satirical in nature. The proof is in the pudding, there is one thread on the board about saban started by a bama fan. When did I complain about the premise of this board? I find it highly entertaining. If you read a page back you'll see that my posting today started with a response asking "why are bama fans even on this board" from an lsu fan. My point being I could ask the same question
