A 63 year old man will totally dig Austin's yuppie live music scene. Right.
Saban hasn't given a shite about the amenities anywhere.

It is hilarious that people act like the Sabans would dig Austin because twentysomething hipster millenials love it.

Saban created the pressure he's experiencing now at Alabama. He will be walking into a new form of pressure with Texas' commercialized Disney program.
I'm talking about the fan expectation pressure. Of course the pressure Saban puts on himself and his program would be the same. The guy probably tries to perfect pouring a bowl of cereal in the mornings. If he went to Texas, he would be viewed as a messiah. At Bama, he's viewed as a rich daddy with spoiled kids not caring about how long he worked as long as they get the keys to the Mercedes for a joy ride.

No, he would much rather live in Tuscaloosa, Alabama.

"I've never met Nick Saban. I've never talked to Nick Saban. We have not hired Nick Saban," Powers told the American-Statesman on Thursday afternoon. "Mack's our coach, and I can say flatly that the rumors we have hired or come to an agreement with Nick Saban or even talked to him are false."

I really don't care if he goes or stays, but if he goes after all the denials from both him and his wife, the shite storm that hit Miami would be like a summer shower. His word would never be trusted again. And after all ESPN has done to restore his good name.
He goes or stays. But if he goes this place will not melt down, it will explode.

Hyperbole much? It's a business, brah. This is how it's done.

Dude you've gotten owned so hard. I don't blame you that all you're doing is posting gifs and insults.
Should I find this same thread from last off season and bump it? Or the one from the year before that? These are literally the exact same talking points.
And yet he still hasn't left.
It's awesome that delusional hopeful people keep buying in every couple months and you keep getting proven wrong and you never learn your lesson.
Saban's not going to Texas. Deal with it.

Austin is the 11th largest city in America. There's a bit more to it than Emo's. Austin is an attractive place to live even to non-hipsters.

Not sure how a Nick Saban quote applies to the Texas president, but alright.

Yes it is its a done deal and has been for a while. I have inside scoop

You act like Texas has a 500 million dollar offer on the table. Phil Knight has more money than me, but I can pay for a $100 dollar meal just like he can. Now if he wants to offer 1,000,000 dollars for a 100 dollar meal, then I guess I'm shite out of luck. But he's not going to do that, just like texas isn't going to offer a number that alabama can't match. Don't be so dense
Well said. I've been trying to say that all day. Good analogy.
