#16 actually, Layne's Chicken. #4 & #6 are pedestrian chain spots Rudy's BBQ & Razzoo's. I'm no foodie, but that is borderline Applebee's dining. How the frick do they get on a top 20 list anywhere.
Having said that, I'm actually going throw B/CS a bone & say that living there is starting looking pretty good compared with living near or in a major urban dtown area paying insane taxes/mortgage & being less than a few miles from living hell that seems to be getting closer each and every year.
