It's fine of you don't live near the urban areas. Still can't avoid it 100% bc you eventually have to get groceries.
I saw a fight outside Kroger just yesterday between "grown arse men"... Still safer than when I lived around Baton Rouge. Better place to raise a kid and a private school nearby.
Oh, my FIL is trying to put a theatre/shopping center on the corner of Delaware and 55... He needs 4 major restaurant chains to sign on to be a done deal I believe. That would be nice.

Yeah, it was challenging. So many girls from the all girls schools to pick from. It sucked.
