A few programs have enough money to be able to throw away some on mistakes and not have it affect their program all that much.
The real danger is when some of the players feel slighted by a screw up who is making quite a bit more than they are.
I'm glad that Georgia refused to bend the format during the final days of recruiting. We will be better off in the long run.
