While I think NC State would be a long shot UNC would be nearly impossible to coax from Tobacco Row. That having been said surely we could cherry pick at least one team from the ACC (screw Clemson, FSU, GT and Miami, I don't want them anywhere near us) and if worse comes to worse WVU would set the road on fire driving to Birmingham to sign the papers.

Yeah, UNC basically rules the ACC with an iron fist. They're like the Texas of the ACC except UNC has 60 years of history with their conference instead of 15. So not only does Carolina have a lot of power, there's a strong loyalty factor there as well. The ACC will literally have to implode to pry UNC out of that conference.
