A&M can’t lose.

News: NCAA Board of Directors adopted NIL guidelines that clarify existing bylaws prohibiting boosters from recruiting, sources tell @SINow . As @SINow reported last week, schools with boosters who have induced prospects thru NIL will be investigated, including past deals.

I would say that I hope that the aggies would get reamed.
But they would just enjoy that.

Looks like A&M will be starting a sack of cash at QB.
Starting RB will be Will Wade dressed as a gay milkman.
Jimbo appears to be twerking and lip syncing “It’s raining men” on the sidelines.
Bold strategy. Let’s see if it pays off

These new bylaws are for Bi’s only. You folks in Arkansas should be shaking in your fetish high heels.

This is illegal. You can’t prohibit corporations from paying students. Even if it’s owned by a booster.
It’s against the law. They will be sued. And they will lose.

Correct. NCAA trying too little… too late. Courts have spoken.

Probably should have released these laws when they allowed NIL. To retroactively punish someone seems tough to do. NCAA going to fire it’s last clip to try and stay alive

You think I am kidding. Look up the Supreme Court ruling. It’s pretty clear.
The NCAA will lose. Badly.

That is exactly what this "clarification" is supposed to do.
It's a last-ditch effort to remain relevant after the SCOTUS drug its hairy, swollen balls all over the NCAA's face.
