This about the dumbest thing you could have possibly said. This is 2019, not 1969.

More dumb than generalizing that the year 2009 is actually 1969?

What could be more dumb than you saying you love how people generalize on this board, while being condescending, and then make the biggest generalization ever clumsily attempted in the history of SECRANT?

Good job.

It's not a generalization dipshit. You attempted to say that Tulane is one LSU's current rivals when it hasn't been since way back. That's more like an approximation.

You approximated the year 1969 in place of the year 2009? Dipshit. Did you graduate high school?

I see, as usual, you know nothing about football.

Your wrs didn't go off until overtime when the dbs were all tired as hell. Our passing game opened up too. I guess you forgot we almost played two games back to back.

I guess you also missed the play where greedy beat your receiver without even needing to touch him but the refs who had been trying to end the game already in home favor, went ahead and threw a flag before the play even developed with full on intentions to end the game then and there no matter what.

I get his notion, let the home team win and end this ridiculous 7 overtime game before it goes into 8 overtimes.

But get it straight, the refs called the game off for the safety of the players who were falling out left and right. It's pathetic you can't face this nor address the point when mentioned. This also doesn't even make point of the fact that there were SEVERAL terrible late game calls that went for anm. I'd be glad to debate them with any aggie with the balls to face reality and not hide behind troll attempts.

I won't hold my breath, as we all know lsu deserved and played better for the win. (This is the sentence people will be responding to instead of the points made above, just calling it now, and the rest will troll)

How can someone be this dumb? Your claim that Tulane is LSU's rival in 2009 is ridiculous. I said 1969 because it's been so long that Tulane has been LSU's rival that 1969 was my best guess as to when they were actually a rival. So yes, it was approximately 1969 IMO that Tulane was actually a rival to LSU.

PensaTigers says but muh refs. Is that your official viewpoint? Did the NCAA note it down in any record books that the refs called off the game because A&M owns the SEC?

Tulane is LSU's only rival and the last game between these two teams was played in 2009, not 1969.

Thanks for playing but, you can repeat yourself 29 times or 0 times and the actual facts won't change.

TigerLunatik doesn't get to arbitrarily decide when LSU's rivalry ended because he is making a fool out of himself on a message-board.

The rivalry ended in '09, when the last game was played, genius.

In coon-arse world, referees decided to stop the game to save the innocent children from lifelong health problems or horrific and gory injuries.

LSU fans are a wonderful gift that makes every other fan-base look highly intelligent.

If this was the case then LSU and Alabama are rivals now? LSU and Tulane haven't been actual rivals in a long, LONG time because Tulane isn't on the same level anymore. They used to be rivals because they played every year and the games were competitive. It's not a rivalry if one team always loses.

This completely contradicted the first thing you said that responded to...

LSU fans try their best to convince anyone that will listen that because Saban once coached their team and now coaches Alabama that they now have a rivalry with Alabama and not Tulane.

I mean here you're saying that LSU and Bama aren't rivals and we play every season.

Guess you failed to see how many injuries occurred in OT. It's not ridiculous by any means to think the refs decided to shut down the game before it went into a record breaking 8 over times, no one was winning. It could have gone into 9 or even 10 overtimes.

This game DIRECTLY RESULTED IN AN OVERTIME RULE CHANGE. Wrap your tiny brain around that.

And while you're at it, why do you think the ref threw a pass interference flag on greedy before the play developed, preventing 8th overtime? You can't argue it was a fair call, the sec office even admitted it shouldn't have been thrown.

You really shouldn't argue with people smarter than you, your crimson brain is showing.

Are you this slow? That was my point, both teams were tired, both teams went off in the passing game. It's not complex.

Holy hell daniel, your brain is so tiny...

Notice how you keep ignoring all the other points I make and focusing on whatever single thing you can retort (poorly) in an attempt to avoid address points you know you can't even begin to refute? It's because you're wrong. You'll also ignore this too.

If both teams do what we expect, that should be a great game in Tiger Stadium. For the record, I think A&M won the game and LSU had every oppurtunity to win the game. It wasn't the refs or injuries or fatigue or anything other than A&M making more plays than LSU.
