Nah, I don't want more than twelve teams, seems the easiest way to decide.

Easiest way to decide is have a Battle Royal between OM, MSU, Vandy and Kentucky for the last spot. There is a good reason those 4 schools are permanent opponents.

Actually, you did only held a lead for about five minutes during the third quarter.

You could have just said they are to Texas what Auburn is to Alabama and everyone would have understood immediately.

Where was Greg McElroy from?
LSU doesn't need Texas recruits? Arkansas doesn't need them?

You forgot that TAMU is also tied for 1st in the SEC with Auburn for major NCAA Infraction Cases.

I disagree with this. I could be wrong, but I believe now that aTm is in the SEC, their recruiting will improve (ie: some Texas recruits that leave state or go somewhere else might sign with aTm now because they're now in the SEC).
Of course... I'm not saying schools do this, but maybe $$$$ matters too. Not that it goes on in the SEC, mind you.

Big 12 won't have A&M back, but the Sunbelt might have an opening.
So you're packing your bags for the Sunbelt?

Our present recruits are pretty pumped to be playing in the SEC. SEC as a brand is sexy. Like recruits wanting to wear Nike shoes, etc. It's not the end all be all but every bit helps, and I think A&M's brand in the SEC is going to gain some serious traction and will give an edge to A&M that didn't exist before.

And I think that's spot on. But also consider aTm is now facing stiffer competition OVERALL. I know Ok. and Texas are good, but top to bottom SEC (football) is better.
It's going to be interesting. I do think aTm will get a few more good recruits to sign.
Edit: and Okie State... sorry.

This is one of those things you can't really measure, but IMO A&M has historically played to their competition's level. That's why I'm looking forward to us playing in the SEC next year - our football program is going to get better. Like anyone else, Aggies hate to lose so we have no option but to make good things happen and mix shite up with you guys.
