We know $100 handshakes happened everywhere, but high level cheating at the institutional level did not. OU was one of the places where it did happen for decades. The okies were elite when they were one of the few teams paying big bucks. Now that everyone can pay players, they are in trouble. They are a pss poor academic institution in a horrible place.
