If we don't win 8 games in 2012, it's probably a pretty good indicator that Dooley just isn't going to cut it.
I'd say the expectations should be something like:
2010: Just get through the year without giving up. Our team isn't good, not much way around that.
2011: Definitely should be in a bowl game.
2012: At least 8 to 9 wins, and that's assuming the conference isn't having a down year.
2013: Should be competing in the East by this point.

No offense taken.
Im kinda shocked that Dooley isnt doing a better job recruiting. I guess the in state talent isnt very good in Tennessee and that Bama, Georgia, and Florida have locked up those states.
