Absolutely nothing about this in any stories at the time. Reading accounts from that time FRench decommitted after his official visit saw Auburn blow Arky out. The visit was not cut short. And 4 days later FRench decommitted from Arky, McDonald decommitted from Miss State and all 3 committed to the Vols.
As early as Oct 2 he had removed his Arky commit video and removed Arky commit from his Twitter per his recruiting thread on Volnation. And he was already following Tennessee guys on Twitter after the Tennessee OV. Arky was mad because he wore Tennessee swag on his OV to Arky.
Absolutely no mention of your story touches French.
