Why in the frick should any UT fan support the band of losers that are in charge? I'll support the players and the T, but to say that the staff deserves support proves you're a fricking retard.

The only staff who deserve respect are Graham and maybe Hinshaw.

How is Bobby Ray a shitty UT fan? You are the shitty UT fan for embracing losses. Being a blind follower of sub-par football doesn't make you a good fan. You are the kind of fan that helps cement a team in mediocrity.

So you think that hiring a new coach with a new system and possibly losing recruits and maybe losing current players to the NFL is going to help us win next year. No it will be rebuilding and in 3 years if that coach doesn' pan out you dumbasses will be calling for the coaches head and we will be back where we started. Having this conversation again.

. The only complaint i have is that hiring Sal Sunseri I don't think that was the best move. Our defense is crap

He's running a complicated system that he doesn't have the players for. Give Sal a chance with the right players and another year to put the system into the heads of your players and then see if you still want him gone.

I agree he should get the chance to get the right players but the rate UT is going he is not going to get that chance.

You keep that 90s head up you arse until you smell the shite that's been happening for years. You clean toilets at your house too or just when you go to Neyland stadium?

^This. I don't get all of the hate for Dooley. He took over a dumpster fire from Kiffin and it takes a while to clean that up, even at Tennessee.
If they win out (very possible), they go 7-5. Isn't that worth another year? As stated above, if you fire him and make a bad hire, you set yourself back even further.

Seems like only Tenn rivals want Dooley to stay at Tenn.

Fire him and hire someone else. If it goes wrong, don't say you weren't warned...

It depends a LOT on who they hire. If they hire another Dooley, yeah, they will not be any better off.

UT should just keep Dooley. What is the purpose of getting a new coach? Who would you get, realistically, that could beat Nick Saban? Nobody, so why not keep Dooley. Dooley is a good guy fro a good family and he will get better as a coach, he is just young. I like Dooley and I think it will be a mistake to fire him at this point. He has had some good games and he is just short of where he needs to be.

Keep the Dooley at least until Saban goes to Texas or Cleveland.

Tubby won a national title and left on his own. Know your facts before posting.

Smith came under considerable pressure from many UK fans, who believed that his recruiting was subpar and his failure to achieve a Final Four appearance in his last nine seasons was inadequate by UK standards. Some UK fans went as far as to place "for sale" signs on his front lawn. He did come just a double overtime loss short of a Final Four appearance in 2005, losing to Tom Izzo's Michigan State Spartans. This drought is the longest of any coach in UK history. Smith struggled to land many top recruits. In one instance he passed up McDonald's All-American Corey Brewer saying Brewer was too skinny to play in the SEC. Smith, instead, opted for the more robust Perry Stevenson.[19] That along with his double digit loss seasons (which led to Tubby's critics nicknaming him "Ten-Loss Tubby") led to the pressure.[20] On March 22, 2007, Smith resigned his position of UK head coach to accept the head coach position at the University of Minnesota

I hope Dooley is fired. I actually think UT has a pretty good shot at the East next year if Dooley can keep Bray and Hunter (who has killed his draft stock with his dropsies) and get his defense with another year in 3-4 under their belts. Florida will be good, USCe will be about the same, UGA will take a step back next year, and I think UT has a chanc to be greatly improved.

Another coach with different schemes pretty much limits UT to 7 or 8 wins in the first year.
