Dude.
Welcome to 2017? Richt doesn't coach at Miami.

So if your argument is that uf is a much better team with a much better coach I guess I’ll accept that lol. Like so much better that a qb could not improve but still get 31 total tds in a year compared to 8 the year before... sounds like amazing coaching.

I don’t like franks enough to keep defending him lol

Uh... Richt was their coach in 2017... What are you doing? I had it covered, you didn't need to mess this one up.

7/25/2019... We first started seeing the signs of dementia for DL... Hopefully we still have more good days than bad ahead of us..

That’s part of the argument, and I am shocked he didn’t do a lot better in sec play because of it. Maybe he takes the next step this year.

I didn't mean to mess you up....but that was my point. Welcome to 2017 if he thought Richt was coaching Miami.

I have a habit of reading a thread and responding before reading all the replies. I keep saying I am going to stop it, but.....well, as you can see...

They went from 4-7 to 10-3 it was the biggest turnaround in program history.

I was talking about Franks sec passing.

As for the team, Regular season was essentially a 4 game turnaround based on 2 ooc games and 2 sec west games:

1. Charleston southern replacing Michigan
2. FSU becoming terrible.
3. Flipping a close loss to LSU into a close win over LSU
4. Flipping a close loss to anm into a close win over MSU

I mean, why do you keep just ignoring things to paint a narrative that you just happen to like better?

And they still beat Michigan in a bowl.

I simply pointed out exactly where the 4 game regular season improvement came from. If it’s inaccurate, point out where.

Seems Muschamp had a pretty impressive turnaround, too. Seems like yesterday.

I don't typically take things personally. I don't mind a little ribbing.

Plus, I'll have a lot more patience with you and a couple of other Georgia posters than I would with some others. We are typically on the same page on 95% of the topics.

You simply ignored data to make a point.

You've been doing it this whole thread.

I mean, it is one way to make your point, but not generally the best way.

Also it was 5 game regular season improvement.

I ignore irrelevant data, which is the best way to make a point. You clearly have a problem with apples to apples comparisons. I simply compared regular season games to regular Season games. Just like I compared passing to passing.

What’s most interesting is that You have been ignoring the fact that Florida 2017 never got to play it’s 12th regular season game vs northern Colorado the whole time. That’s the only reason 2017 Florida didn’t finish 5-7, which is 4 games off from 9-3.

It's all he does, that's what I was warning you about. It's never something simple, we always need to go look at the numbers he likes and ignore the numbers that prove him wrong. If it's "Did Franks improve?" For him it's "No comment".

He's like a political bot that Georgia pays to only talk about positive things regarding Georgia.

I can't stand Franks and have the posts to prove it, but any person with eyes who watched Franks in 2017 to 2018 knows that he markedly improved. Stats prove it from SEC to OOC and the eye test 100% prove it.

There are things he did in 2018 that he couldn't dream of doing in 2017.

Better stats are not irrelevant data.

That wasn't what slayer was making the point, he's saying you're a dishonest actor using dishonest tactics and for this reason so few people actually take your posts seriously.

No one feels like they've lost any argument with you because you make your arguments in a tightly sealed vacuum with extremely restricted components.

An irrelevant argument is saying that we can only use SEC and Regular season statistics (which were improved, regardless) and you're still wrong.

Franks improved, like it or not, in any metric you use. From passing TDs to running TDs to yards to completions to QBR in and out of the SEC against a better SEC East than last year.

Is your ego so fragile that you can't just say Franks got better and move on?
