the charge was no worse than michigan getting screwed on the tipped ball right before it.

The charge call was a puss call considering how they had been calling the game. There was 10 seconds left in the game - a time when everyone should man up and not act like they're being bulldozed.

Still, I'd take the way the refs have been calling the games (including this one) in the tourney any day over how the SEC games were called with a whistle every 5 seconds this year. It's much more fun to watch like this.

Again, when I was watching the game I said "shite, turnover." Then action stopped...I was thinking maybe a foul on MI but them called a charge. Either way MI deserved the ball and I hate saying that

Some Tennessee fans feel the refs should have done more to help them win tonight than they did.

It isn't the refs fault Tennessee couldn't close the deal.

So you're ok with not making the tourney? I thought y'all got screwed but I suppose the NIT is a better fit since you don't like the tourney.

I'm just commenting on the call itself no matter who got the ball. To me, it was a puss call. They could have called a clear hand check on the flopper if you go back and look at it (but that would be puss too).

Also, the other Michigan dude clearly stepped out of bounds when he recovered the ball on the play after the ref made his call so maybe you don't have to say they deserved the ball.

Good game though and Michigan did enough to win it...

fans thinking UT got screwed need to remember the dead ball that was clearly off mamen, but the refs gave to UT

End of story.

Shut up UT.

The game is over when Michigan should have been awarded the possession earlier up by 5.

Refs extended the game for you and you called a play that has a high probability of being an offensive foul.

You can't go all-Shaq at the end and complain. He was double-teamed and lowered his shoulder bum his way through.

No way UT should have even been in that position to potentially win the game.

That said - why does Michigan have a midget inbounding the ball for them on every play?

There was no hand check, the defenders are allow to check touch the ball handler.

Really? Someone should tell the SEC that then.

Ahh maybe he did step out of bounds. Good observation...didn't see that. Either way, if we are scrutinizing it this closely obviously it's too close to call. I would hate to be a CBB ref.

Beilein is a great coach but has no clue how to run out if bounds plays. It's comical to watch
