We've allowed 1 TD pass, lol.

So technically, your 0 TD's allowed is better than 1... good job.

You guys are really grabbing at straws here trying to justify how "elite" this defense of yours is.

Georgia Southern? Rice? A shitty Texas with a first year HC on the road?

You get no passes.

Sad.

Arkansas has scored 123 points

A&M has scored 85 points

A&M got back 3 Starters on D since the first game and hasn't given up a point in 7 Quarters. If this game comes down to the Arkie O vs the A&M D I really like our chances. This isn't the Texas D with a 229 lb DE and a walk on LB missing assignments and diving at feet. These guys are big, fast, and nasty and Elko's D gives a lot of looks and switches fast.

The weakness for A&M is the OL right now. They have talent but are young and making a lot of mistakes which is not what you want a backup QB forced into action to have to deal with. They have shown flashes of greatness but no consistency. For instance our TE is great and had a big game last year against Ark. Achane is the fastest player probably in CFB and certainly on the field for this game. Spiller is a tough SOB that is a complete back. Demas finally got his first 2 catches and showed his potential as the elite 5 Star WR A&M has been missing.

If Arkie can bust through that OL though and get in Calzada's head it is big trouble for Aggy.

I'd like to think our offense is better than Colorado's as well

DeMarvion Overshown isn't a bad LB at all though FWIW. He and BJ Foster are legit NFL guys on the Texas defense.

Texas has some talent for sure but they have some big holes that are really exposed against a physical SEC team. You can't put 2 big dude in the middle and then have 2 guys who are 250 or less on the edge trying to get around an OT who has 70 lbs on him. You can't have slow LB's and Safeties running around completely missing guys like 14 and 47 did for Texas over and over. I've never seen so many guys diving at feet from a P5 program. With the Spread offenses of the B12 you can get away with that but not against a physical power team that just runs you over.

This isn't to take away from Arkie at all, they freaking drove a stake in the heart of Texas and it was beautiful. I'm just saying if you are expecting that from A&M it's not going to happen, we have some big, athletic, and nasty dudes up front and they pursue and knock folks down. Probably the best D A&M has had since being in the SEC.
