Well if you can't outrecruit Nutt you can out transfer him

Nutt did not outrecruit Mullen. There is a great big "IF" in there. All the comits that State had for over a year exited because Diaz left, not that Nutt outrecruited State........they were not loyal to their comit. They will not be good team players so State will not miss this type player. Ole Piss deserves them........

Wouldn't he have to sit for a year? I don't know the exact scenario with this kid but I am just curious.

Not sure, but I think he will ask for the same ruling that Masoli got.

Nope....Clem does not offer the degree he wants and State does. Plus he has already graduated, Mas didn't even attend classes except in Jail. He can play this next season. Good transfer that is an honor student with no arrest..........

Masoli got his degree in 3 years. So how is that GED coming? Still about 10 years to go, fricktard?

What was his undergrad? I guess when your graduate degree is parks and rec, your undergrad must be finger painting.

Yea I could prob get it done in three years too.

Dan Mullen on the transfer:

quote:

We’re excited to welcome Brandon to our family after he graduates with honors from Clemson,” Mullen said in the statement. “He’s a wonderful kid, model student-athlete and a talented football player.”

“Brandon has experience playing at the highest level of college football and will bring that knowledge with him to our team,” Mullen said. “He also knows nothing will be given to him and he will have to work hard this summer to help us on the field this fall.”

Maye on the transfer:

quote:

“My goal for next season is to come in and help that unit,” Maye said. “It’s a unit that has already been a high-rated defense and a top 25 team. I want to be able to bring in a different dimension with my experience to what they already have there. My goal is to, of course, start and lead the guys to the SEC championship and be a good part of that. I’m not trying to come in and be a hero, but I’m coming in and bringing what I’ve got to the table.”

On paper, Maye becomes the favorite to take over the starting spot at middle linebacker, which is currently led by senior Brandon Wilson. Maye set a school record with five forced fumbles and reached triple digits in tackles in 2009, but his playing time and production (43 tackles) were cut in half last season as a redshirt junior.
