Muschamp has had enough opportunities and time to prove he's a mediocre HC at best. Getting rid of Will Muschamp will instantly improve SC.

Firing Boom immediately would be the best thing to do. The program is dysfunctional, recruits are de-committing and the quickest way to stop the bleeding is to fire boom and start the coaching search. Boom is a good DC and many teams would love to have him as their DC...just not Head Coach material. Every good coach is not wired to be an effective head coach.
