Our talent on offense I think far outweighs your talent on defense. Just my prediction.

What are your offensive weapons?

Pretty new set of guys. We have been recruiting a lot of high ranked WR's, but the ones of note will be RSJ and Speedy Noil along with Malcolm Kennedy.

Kyle Allen or my personal pick to start the season, Kenny hill at QB.

Look for our big back Carson to get 1/2 the carries at least and our little back Trey Williams should get plenty of looks also. Probably more of a pass catching thread out of the backfield for this game than anything (trey).

Huge tight end named clear. He's just a mismatch no matter who is on the field for the defense.

If South Carolina hold A&M to 35 points; that will be impressive, IMO.

Do y'all have some big/fast or lots of game exp coming in to replace that d line? I'm sure the LB unit is going to be stacked, I have heard about them. Best in the SEC you think?

I dunno, overuse of emoji's is a definite sign of maddism though.

Sutton is gone so that is addition by subtraction for SC. He was the biggest reason for Clowneys drop in production. I know they got Abu Lamin and Kelsy Griffin at DT and Gerald Dixon looks like he is gonna be a very good DE. Skai Moore will probably be an all SEC LB. Also Chaz Elder has the potential to be a great DB and like the UGA fan pointed out Gurley is a bone crusher and is finally back from his knee injury.

Gurly vs RSJ. The battle of the knee. Who's gonna give out first?

your second rate QB,

lol

so Kyle Allen is a beast with zero game experience, but Thompson with two wins on the road against top 10 opponents is second rate

False. We return two starting safeties in Elder and Williams and 2 others with starting experience Gurley, Marcus.

We dont' return any CBs with significant experience, but if Williams, who played corner during the spring, plays one spot during the beginning of the season to help the transition I'm confident that Gurley or Marcus could do well at the strong safety position.

And if Chaz Elder can stay healthy hes got a chance to be one hell of a free safety

And we also return a deep SPUR depth including returning starter Golightly who leans heavily towards the Safety side of the Safety/LB hybrid definition of what a SPUR is - much like Antonio Allen was, who IMO is still the best SPUR USC has ever had. So the interior of USC's secondary should be strong, but the corner positions will be a concern to start the season.

USC does have a slew of highly rated freshman DBs incoming during Summer II however: wouldn't surprise me if no one from that group earns a starting role this season but wouldn't surprise me if they do, considering the current depth issues. At the least they will add depth and talent, and USC's secondary should improve over the course of the season like it's young LB unit did last season. That won't help much for the season opener though....
