In what way? As I said before we have them beat on NCs, SEC titles, wins, top tens, top 25's, bowls, major bowls and series record.

Where exactly are they our equal?

Your bowl record is almost .500. Not exactly something to crow about.

Going to a bowl and losing is better than not being good enough to make a bowl game in the first place.

You AU guys are seriously ill if you think people regard Auburn as being an elite program. They have never (except for the one Cam year) been thought of as anything more than a Clemson/West Virginia-type program. Very good at times . . . but never elite.

You have to string together championships (heck, great teams) for that. LSU and Bama have.

Sure. But when you've won 22 out of your 43 bowl games in history, it takes some of that luster off.

Auburn has won 15 less games them historically. Bowl victories are the same.

We don't destroy them or anything but it's not as close as you would think. If I remember correctly we lead them in top ten finishes 25-17.

But we have 8 or 9 more appearances. Plus we've played in more big 4 bowls thus better competition.

I'm not saying Auburn is a bad program or anything, just saying that LSU is better any way you slice it and not equal as riseupfromtherubble tries to claim.

if we were truly equal they would have the lead in some of these stats.
