I have literally asked you atleast 3 times what your question was. I have zero notifications pending so in all likelihood you were provided an answer and either didn’t like it or I used too many multiple syllable words and you didn’t understand it.
But by all means you have the floor, restate you all important question.
Lol another deflection, typical lil smokey. All you have to do is go back and read, but I guarantee you won't.

I have no open notifications. I’m not going through hundreds of posts to look for some asinine question that has likely already been addressed. I have provided multiple opportunities for you to have my undivided attention to address a by question I missed or answer you didn’t understand.

Try thinking harder. And be reasonable in your conclusions
Either the cop lied or he didn’t, so let’s walk through it:
He had no reason to lie.
He has a recording device on proving he didn’t lie.
He would have been fired if he lied
Case would be dismissed if he lied.
Conclusion: he didn’t lie and hype should have kicked him off for a brutal assault.

Think DJ. Would a football player have access to legal advice and would act on it.

The police report doesn’t mention anything about legal advice. What advice do you think he was given?

Do you believe they would? Seriously.

Not to speak without a representative from the AD present. It’s pretty standard. The AD department wants someone on site to make sure of what is and is not said.

I believe you call this a fixer for other teams. What do you call it for the vols?

Not without representation present.

A bit different than using university pressure to make things go away. At most places this is a guide to help them not make it worse.

Per the cop, He was arrested after not answering questions, so I guess your fixer was too lazy to show up.
It’s amusing he incriminated himself without speaking because his hand was so busted up. He wasn’t even kicked off.

Do you believe the AD teleported to the scene? Or do you believe they agreed to wait until someone could be called, get prepared, and show up?
Or like a reasonable person would do, Do you believe a reasonable course that the the AD told the players to just cooperate, and they would meet them at the station…

Do your players live outside of Knoxville? It can’t be that hard to drive 10 minutes, but it would make sense your fixer isn’t good at his job.

the AD told the players to just cooperate
Ok, so he failed to follow your fixers advice?
Not answering the cops questions is the opposite of cooperation, and is often a sign of guilt.

What day and what time did it happen DJ, think. Since UT doesn’t have the issues of UGA we likely don’t have counsel on call ready to go 247 365. We found it easier to just address the issues when they come up instead of protecting and supporting the reckless behavior.

Are you familiar the 5th Amendment?

The fixer should be available 24/7. After all of the vol player attacks on Knoxville citizens, your fixer should have been better prepared to advise on site within minutes.

Hype not removing this player on the team disproves a couple of your homer claims.

After all of this time, you admit he didn’t answer the cops questions before his arrest, you just chose the most cowardly way of doing it.

Wait. So McCollojgh’s girlfriend was helping the drunk?
Yes. Another sign of the vols guilt. For all we know, she called the cops.

Vols have an advisor not a fixer.

And you can demonstrate this because UT has outlier issues vs UGAs 20 something… Gotcha.

Same thing. Your fixer is either lazy, slow or was never contacted BEFORE the arrest. Your thug knew he was guilty, so not answering the cops questions didnt really help all that much.

McCollough is the third Tennessee player to be arrested in the past two months.
Offensive lineman Savion Herring was arrested and charged with domestic assault in September, and linebacker William Mohan was arrested on a charge of felony aggravated domestic assault in August.
Both players were dismissed from the team.

Obviously not. It’s not even a subtle difference. Tic Tok DJ.

Look actually kicked off the team when warranted. UGA doesn’t even suspend guys after 20 something incidents.
