1. Cater had a rep in Athens and the UGA AD for racing
2. And yet he plead down…
3. And he paid for his mistake and demonstrated to the team that actions have consequences. In unrelated news, UT didn’t have 20 something incidents after McCulloughs. While UGA is still struggling with the root problem that has claimed 2 lives. Odd.

Did he pay for it? Not by being kicked off the team…..
Check this out:
"McCollough is the third Tennessee player to be arrested in the past two months. Offensive lineman Savion Herring was arrested and charged with domestic assault in September, and linebacker William Mohan was arrested on a charge of felony aggravated domestic assault in August. Both players were dismissed from the team."
Amazing. Turns out kicking players off for things doesnt stop other players from making the same stupid mistakes. Another sm1 fallacy destroyed.
Also, the 2 backups were dismissed, but the captain wasnt. Yet another sm1 hypocrisy noted.
3 assault cases within 2 months is certainly a sign of culture issues.

Here you are claiming testimony proves the cop lied in his report, and of course you posted zero evidence supporting your nonsense.
If what you claim were true, the case would have been dismissed and the cop fired. Neither happened.

2 game suspension, a fine and probation for a year. That’s more than 22 of UGAs 24 incidents.

Read the testimony, take what we know happened and what could have happened and think.

Post it. Let’s see your evidence the cop lied in the report. Until you do, safe to assume the reports have been accurate and you are wrong AGAIN.

He should have been kicked off, but his attack proved that kicking players off didn’t stop him from being a POS thug, which destroys your narrative.

Find it. I’ve already posted it multiple times in multiple threads

By that standard UGA should have about 13 people off their roster and vacate a bunch of games for playing ineligible players.

I posted excerpts from what you have provided and NONE of them support your claim that the cop lied about your thug refusing to answer questions prior to his arrest. You are too cowardly to admit you are wrong and the police report is correct.

This point proved your theory about “kicking players off will keep others from doing stupid shite” wrong.
It’s the other point, about the hypocrisy of NOT kicking off the starter, that really destroys your moral superiority narrative.

Find it DJ. Do the work.
Here it is:
Officers attempted to contact the residents of the apartment, but no one answered the door. Officers found the woman who had been helping the victim in a car in the parking lot, and she identified herself as McCollough's girlfriend.
She called McCollough back to the scene, according to police, and his right hand was in bandages with blood soaking through. McCollough, 21, didn't answer officers' questions and was arrested.
Now let’s see what you got. Find it. Do the work.

Where did you hear this? I have never heard it before you said it. Either way, nobody can make you race. carter did not make anybody race. Carter did not make anybody drink and drive.

2. And yet he plead down…
Carter didn't plead down. He plead guilty for what he was charged for. And it wasn't for killing anybody.
Carter, one of the top prospects for the 2023 NFL Draft, pled no contest to two misdemeanor charges of reckless driving and racing in connection to the Jan. 15 crash. The plea would require him to perform 80 hours of community service, pay a fine of $1,000, and serve a year of probation.
So he plead guilty for racing and reckless driving...NOT killing someone or causing a wreck.

So a felony assault is ok as long as there are no more incidents? Is that the argument you are now making? Because the student conduct board said that McCollough did not violate the student conduct expected of Tennessee students when he committed a felony.
It just seems odd that you are so upset about Georgia people getting tickets and you want them kicked off the team, yet you are perfectly fine with Tennessee giving a felon a 2 game suspension.
Honest to goodness. you are ok with a convicted felon getting a two game suspension, but you think misdemeanors deserve to be kicked off the team?

UT doesn’t have the culture issue UGA does. UGA needs to get draconian at this point (20 something incidents, 2 deaths, multiple DUIs, multiple reckless driving with wrecks, multiple street racing etc) and even draconian would be a game to 3 games for most 1st offenses.
Instead UGA is letting in inmates run the asylum.

It was pretty common knowledge in Athens and in the report UGA went after the journalist for.

3 vicious attacks in 2 months proves UT has serious culture issues, and your coach set a terrible example letting the THIRD guy stay on the team just because he played. I bet that really hurt you.
