He's guilty, along with the admin of knowing the situation regarding Miller's text and returning the gun and hiding it, hoping for some stupid reason it wouldn't come to light. And now he's busted. He looks like a nervous wreck, his hands shake at the pressers. That's what is going on, he's completely shot out of his nerves.
