Muschamp hasn't been a D coordinator since he was at Texas. Texas is still in shambles.
Yeah, the main reason the Longhorns suck in 2015 has everything to do with their DC in 2010, and nothing to do with their former HC, their current HC, their former AD, their current AD, any of their assistants, or any of their players. By the way, Muschamps last two Texas defenses finished #3 and #6 nationally in yards per game. Dude really trashed them on his way out.

His first D coordinator was D. Quinn, who went to Seattle and their D took them to the Super Bowl title. He is now the head coach at the Falcons.

Quinn's right hand man at Florida, Durkin, took over and he is now pitching shutouts at Michigan.
So you're saying he really knows how to pick good defensive coaches. I concur. Oh, and those guys fielding nothing but top 20 defenses at UF while under Muschamp's watch.

Meanwhile, Muschamp went to Auburn and made a bad defense much worse.

You obviously didn't watch us play last year.

Why in the world would Bama not allow Kiffin to hire whoever he wanted for his offense?

I believe that Muschamp, T Rob, and Thompson can get this D back with time, I think we need to bring in a new D-line coach garner has shown me nothing coaching or recruiting. Some of the players on this team have had 3-4 new DC's. Once he gets some of his guys in there and they practice the same system he will show improvement. We are lacking on talent obviously also we have Adams and a redshirt fresh td taking probably 90% of the snaps cus the guys behind them are just not good. Our secondary I don't think is all that bad but it is hard to cover guys when you have zero pass rush to help. The freshman that Muschamp brought in that have played look like they will be good but they need experience. I really hope he sticks around for awhile cus I know that he will do everything he can to get us back.

Auburn’s defensive coordinator says he doesn’t pay attention to statistics and that might be beneficial to him and his staff.

The Tigers are 10th or worse in the Southeastern Conference all of the three major defensive statistical categories (passing defense, rushing defense and scoring defense).

Auburn currently ranks 101st in the country against the run-

Auburn has the worst 3rd down defense in the SEC according to al.com.

The RUN defense is THE WORST AMONG ALL POWER 5 TEAMS. (al.com)

Consider, Auburn has not even played the best offenses they will face yet.

Muschified.

Thanks, your comment that you have posted numerous times is still idiotic. Not sure what your obsession with Muschamp is, bu 'preciate your interest in our program

I don't make things up. Check my post history. I deal with facts as there is too much money on the line to deal with loyalties. Vegas doesn't put money on Muschamp.

Here is your al.com story.

Again, you obviously didn't watch us play in 2014.

Our defensive stats for the entire season were skewed by good performances against dreadful offensive teams in the first month of the season. AU's 2014 defense gave up an average of 307 yards per game (4.56 per play) over its first five games (the best offense we played was Kansas State, which finished the year #50 in total offense).

Unfortunately, it was all downhill from there: over our final 8 games (including our bowl game vs Wisky) we averaged giving up 456 yards per game and a gawd-awful 6.31 yards per play. In comparison, while our 2015 defense still sucks, it has 'improved' to 426 ypg and 5.75 ypp.

Inaccurate. We're not even worst in the SEC (that would be SCarolina).

Pretty sure Vegas doesn't put money on anything based on month-old information.
